Welcome to our School Management System. By accessing or using this website and its services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions established by yfsoft Tech (“the Company”).

1. License of Use

The Company provides the School Management System as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. By using this platform:

• Schools are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the system for managing all school’s operations.
• The software is not for sale and remains the exclusive property of the Company.
• Schools agree not to copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the platform.

2. Pricing and Revenue Model

- The system operates under a pay-as-you-go model based on the school’s size and student population.
- The Company will charge an agreed percentage or fixed fee on every school fee payment processed through the system.
- The specific rate will be agreed upon after the trial period.

3. Trial Period

- Every new school is entitled to a full academic term (one term) trial period.
- During this trial:

• You can evaluate the platform's performance and impact.
• The Company provides hosting, cloud storage, and support for free.
• The Client is responsible for purchasing a domain name and SSL certificate.

- After the trial, you may continue using the system by agreeing to the pricing model or discontinue without obligation.

4. Support and Maintenance

If you continue after the trial, the Company will provide:

• Website and cloud hosting
• Email hosting and SSL certificate renewal
• Technical maintenance and updates
• Custom modifications as needed

5. Termination Policy

- You may terminate usage of the platform at any time.
- Upon termination:

• Your access will be revoked.
• Your data will be exported and shared upon request.
• Outstanding balances must be settled.

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

- All data inputted remains schools property.
- The Company will protect and not disclose schools data without consent.

7. Modifications to Terms

- The Company may update these terms periodically.
- Continued use means you agree to the updated terms.
